YMCA Promotes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Staff Report / SHlocal.org

The Robertson County Family YMCA in Springfield, TN, is celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness month by encouraging community members to wear pink. Visitors to the YMCA are invited to support the cause by wearing pink during their visits. The lobby of the YMCA will have shirts available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the ABC (After Breast Cancer) program.

Additionally, individuals can take a free pink ribbon to wear or fill out a ribbon in honor of a loved one affected by breast cancer. Luke and Katie have set up a table at NorthCrest Medical Center to further promote awareness and support for the cause.
