The Robertson County Family YMCA in Springfield, TN is offering a Weight Loss Program starting this Thursday, September 12th at 5-6pm. The program will run for 12 consecutive weeks and will include group discussions for learning, sharing, and problem solving in a supportive environment. Participants can register to join the program to work towards their individual weight loss goals.
