Duck River communities urged to conserve water resources

Staff Report / SHlocal.org

Several communities along the Duck River have been asked to implement voluntary conservation measures due to initial drought conditions in the Duck River Watershed. The City of Spring Hill is requesting its water customers to reduce non-essential water use, especially heading into the holiday weekend. Regional and local authorities are closely watching the weather situation and more updates are expected to be provided soon.
